Booking Terms
Straightforward terms for arranging a consultation with INSPIRO GRAPHIC, from the initial request through to confirmation and payment.
A consultation starts with a clear brief.
INSPIRO GRAPHIC provides consultations for clients who want to discuss graphic design, branding, visual identity, marketing design or digital brand asset requirements. A booking gives both sides an opportunity to understand the project, discuss what is needed and establish whether the requested service is suitable.
A consultation request is not automatically a confirmed appointment. We review the information provided before confirming the proposed time, consultation details and any payment arrangements that apply.

Consultation requests must be made at least one day before the requested time.
Same-day consultation requests are not accepted through the website.
A requested time is only confirmed after the details have been reviewed.
Payment arrangements are confirmed after the consultation requirements are reviewed.
Booking Requests
You can request a consultation through the available website contact or booking channels. We ask for enough information to understand what you are looking for, the type of design work involved and the general purpose of the consultation.
The information provided does not need to be a finished creative brief. A short description of your project, what you need help with and your preferred consultation time is normally enough to begin the review. We may contact you if we need clarification before confirming the appointment.
Name, business information and suitable contact details.
A practical description of the design, branding or visual requirement.
Your preferred consultation date and available time.
Existing brand information or reference material where relevant.
Availability & Timing
Consultation requests must be submitted at least one full day before the requested consultation date. Same-day consultation bookings are not accepted.
Providing a preferred date or time does not mean that the slot is available. Consultation times depend on existing project commitments, working schedules and the information provided with the request.
Requests made on the day of the proposed consultation cannot be treated as standard advance bookings.
Confirmation
Once we receive your request, we review the proposed consultation details and check whether the requested time is suitable. If further information is needed, we may contact you before confirming the booking.
A consultation becomes confirmed only when we have communicated the agreed appointment details through an official communication channel. Until that point, the requested time should be treated as provisional.
Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements are confirmed after the consultation requirements have been reviewed. This allows the service details, scope and practical requirements to be understood before the relevant payment information is provided.
INSPIRO GRAPHIC does not require customers to assume that a website booking request has been paid or fully confirmed simply because a request has been submitted. Where payment is required, the applicable amount and payment arrangements will be communicated through official channels after the service requirements have been reviewed.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the service arrangement and the requirements of the consultation. Payment instructions provided to you should be followed only when they have been issued through an official communication channel associated with INSPIRO GRAPHIC.
The consultation requirements are considered before payment arrangements are confirmed.
Relevant payment information is provided after the booking details have been reviewed.
Payment instructions should come from an official INSPIRO GRAPHIC communication channel.
Consultation Scope
A consultation is intended to give both sides time to discuss the project and understand what may be required. Depending on the request, the discussion may cover branding, logo design, visual identity, marketing materials, digital brand assets, design direction, deliverables, timing and practical next steps.
A consultation does not automatically include completed design work, production-ready artwork, final files or unlimited revisions. Any design work that follows the consultation will be discussed and agreed separately according to the requirements of the project.
Clarifying what you need and what the project is expected to achieve.
Discussing possible visual approaches, formats and creative requirements.
Considering the files, materials or design services that may be needed.
Agreeing what should happen after the consultation if further work is requested.
Changes & Cancellation
If you need to change a confirmed consultation time, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will consider alternative times based on availability rather than treating a requested replacement time as automatically available.
If you no longer require the consultation, please let us know before the agreed appointment time. Where a payment has already been arranged, any applicable cancellation or refund terms will depend on the specific service arrangement communicated to you.
Client Responsibilities
To make the consultation useful, please provide information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to the project. If you already have logos, brand guidelines, reference materials, copy, images or other project information that will help explain the requirement, you can make these available before or during the consultation where appropriate.
You are responsible for making sure that materials supplied to us can lawfully be used for the requested design work. We do not assume ownership of third-party material simply because it has been supplied as part of a consultation.
Provide information that is reasonably accurate and relevant to the request.
Provide useful project material where it is needed to understand the brief.
Make sure supplied third-party materials can be used for the intended purpose.
Join the confirmed consultation at the agreed time and through the agreed method.
Liability & Limitations
We will make reasonable efforts to provide consultations with care, clarity and attention to the information supplied by the client. However, a consultation is based on the information available at the time and is not a guarantee that a particular commercial, marketing, technical or creative outcome will be achieved.
Any design direction or general recommendations discussed during a consultation are provided in the context of the information available at that time. Decisions made by a client following a consultation remain the client’s responsibility unless a separate written service arrangement states otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays or inability to provide a consultation where the issue is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including unexpected technical problems, communication failures, unavailable systems or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been avoided.
Information & Privacy
Information supplied as part of a consultation request may include contact details, business information, project requirements and supporting materials. We use this information to review the request, communicate with you, arrange the consultation and manage the related service relationship.
Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The information provided for a consultation should be relevant to the requested service, and you should avoid sending information that is not reasonably necessary for us to understand or manage the enquiry.
