Where specific written terms have been agreed for a project, those terms will apply to the extent of any inconsistency.

Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of other users.
- Do not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems.
- Do not introduce malicious code, harmful files or disruptive material.
- Do not reproduce or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission.
- Do not submit information that you do not have the right to provide.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users, our systems or our legitimate business interests.
Services
Our services may include logo design, visual identity development, brand guidelines, marketing materials, digital visual assets, graphic design and other customised creative solutions agreed with the client.
The precise scope of a project will depend on the agreed quotation, proposal, brief or other written confirmation. Not every service or deliverable displayed on the website is necessarily available as a standard package.
Enquiries & bookings
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not automatically create a confirmed service contract. We may need to review your requirements, availability, scope and any relevant project information before confirming the service.
A booking or service arrangement becomes confirmed when we provide written confirmation or otherwise expressly accept the relevant engagement.
Please provide accurate contact details and sufficient information about your requirements. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate or late information may affect project timing.
Quotes & payment
Where a quotation is provided, it will describe the relevant scope, deliverables and price. Unless otherwise stated, a quotation is based on the requirements known at the time it is prepared and may need to be revised if the scope changes.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed after the requirements have been reviewed. Depending on the project, payment may be required before work begins, at agreed project stages or following delivery.
Additional work, substantial revisions or changes to the agreed scope may be quoted separately before that work is undertaken.
Pricing is based on the requirements and agreed deliverables.
Material scope changes may require revised pricing or timing.
Payment terms are confirmed as part of the relevant engagement.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing information, content, instructions and approvals reasonably required for the agreed work.
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Provide materials in a usable format where applicable.
- Ensure that supplied materials may lawfully be used for the project.
- Review proofs and deliverables within the agreed timeframe.
- Provide approvals, corrections and decisions without unnecessary delay.
- Tell us promptly if project requirements or intended use changes.
We are not responsible for delays that arise directly from missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable client materials or changes requested after work has commenced.
Creative work & approval
Creative work is developed from the information and direction available at the time. Concepts, layouts, colour selections, typography, imagery and other design elements may be refined through the agreed review process.
Once a client has approved a design or deliverable, later changes may be treated as additional work where they fall outside the original agreed scope.
Unless a different number of revision rounds is stated in writing, revisions are limited to the scope reasonably necessary to complete the agreed deliverable. New concepts, substantially different directions or additional formats may require a separate quotation.
Approval confirms that the client has reviewed the relevant work and authorises progression to the next agreed stage or final delivery.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and other intellectual property rights in original creative work remain with their respective owner until any agreed transfer or licence becomes effective.
Where a project includes an agreed transfer of rights, the transfer will apply only to the rights and deliverables expressly covered by that arrangement and subject to any applicable payment conditions.
Preliminary concepts, unused proposals, rejected concepts, working files, development materials and internal design processes are not automatically transferred to the client.
Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, templates, photographs, illustrations or other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms. Any relevant licence restrictions will continue to apply.
Third-party materials
Projects may involve third-party materials or services, including fonts, image libraries, software, hosting services, printing providers or other external resources.
Where the client supplies third-party content, the client is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights, permissions and licences for the intended use.
Where we identify a third-party licence requirement as part of the agreed work, we will communicate the relevant requirement where reasonably practicable. Third-party terms remain separate from these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation
Cancellation rights depend on the type and stage of the service. Any specific cancellation or refund terms agreed for a project will apply to that project.
For full details where a separate cancellation and refund policy applies, please refer to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Liability
We will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by applicable law.
We are not responsible for losses caused by information, materials or instructions supplied by the client, misuse of deliverables, unauthorised modifications, third-party systems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where legally permitted, we will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity or loss arising from a client’s failure to use or implement a deliverable as intended.
Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Privacy & cookies
Personal information supplied through this website or in connection with our services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Website cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy. Your browser may also provide controls for managing cookies and related storage technologies.
These documents form part of the wider information provided to website users and clients, but they do not replace any specific contractual terms agreed for an individual project.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services, website, operating arrangements or applicable requirements change.
Updated terms will be published on this website and will apply from the stated effective point. Where a separate written agreement already governs an existing project, that agreement will continue to apply according to its own terms unless the parties agree otherwise.
These terms may be reviewed whenever there is a material change to services, website operation or applicable requirements.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual matters arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these terms, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that may apply by law.
